Powerheads
Fawcett powerhead assemblies contain all the necessary working components for a mixer. An air motor, a speed control valve, an exhaust muffler, an output coupling/chuck, and one of our mounting interfaces. Fawcetts high performing, pneumatic air motors deliver critical operation for explosion-proof environments. Requires minimal maintenance and cannot be damaged by overloading.

New rod ring assemblies can retrofit to existing LS-102 and LS-103 powerheads.
Beginning in 2025, all units that utilize 102 and 103 powerheads will have the new style rod ring that is compatible with the shaft guard (sold seperately).
Aluminum Shaft Guards are manufactured from conductive aluminum for any explosion proof environments
Acrylic is not a static proof material and therefore we do not recommend using our acrylic guards in hazardous locations (HazLoc) where fire or explosion hazards may exist and Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) poses a risk. We offer guard options manufactured out of conductive aluminum to help mitigate these risks. Tachometer
Tachometers are factory installed upgrades available on new equipment. Retrofit service is also available for used motors in good condition. Inquire with us for retrofits. Kit includes: Tachometer, Motor End Cap replacement, Internal Shaft Adapter.
+/- 1% accuracy (of max indicated speed). Safe for explosion proof environment with internal grounding.
