Powerheads
Fawcett powerhead assemblies contain all the necessary working components for a mixer. An air motor, a speed control valve, an exhaust muffler, an output coupling/chuck, and one of our mounting interfaces. Fawcetts high performing, pneumatic air motors deliver critical operation for explosion-proof environments. Requires minimal maintenance and cannot be damaged by overloading.

New rod ring assemblies can retrofit to existing LS-102 and LS-103 powerheads.
Beginning in 2025, all units that utilize 102 and 103 powerheads will have the new style rod ring that is compatible with the shaft guard (sold seperately).
Rod Mounts
These mounts attach to our air motors and combined with the proper Fawcett clamp block comprise a simple and effective mounting system for stands and portable clamp mixers.

Lab Stirrers - Air Operated

our keyed chuck, was adopted from those used on machine tools.
Thier precise rotation extends motor seal and bearing life. The all

Designed for use on 5-10 gallon open pails & containers, The CL- Clamp Mount Series features multiple axis adjustments for versatile all-angle agitation.

WS Series
Pail & Vat Stations
Fawcett's integrated air manifold workbenches provide a turnkey solution for a multi-station open tank blending operation. Consolidate, organize, and optimize your production output with this purpose-built station. Offered in two lengths and two working heights, each bench accommodates 4 mixing vats up to 18” in diameter with stand rods to mount 4 Fawcett LS powerheads.
The enclosed design allows for flexible installation in hazardous location facilities and easy cleaning and maintenance. All that is required to operate is to supply compressed air through a single inlet port.
